About the site

Learning to Ring was created with the intention to help and guide learners through learning how to ring church bells in the traditional English style. In late 2019, we both got to work on creating a site that we thought could help learners should they need it. Since the site first launched in late 2019, we have made many changes including its layout, logo and section changes. As we are both full time students, Learning to Ring is still in development and we are currently coming up with a plan on how to move forward using the resoruces we have, writing and reading articles isn't quite working for us!

We hope to continue to build and grow our website for many more years and we thank everyone for the support you have given to us in getting our site set up.

If you have any queries about LTR in general then please do not hesitate to contact us.

With best wishes,

With thanks to Andy P, the tower captain at St James' in Barrow-in-Furness who allowed us to use some of his photos from the Barrow Bells website and personal camera. Head over to barrowbells.org.uk to see the huge gallery of photographs. They also have a great learning section which you can find here.
